A defining moment for me was introducing the "White Board" concept in a 2021 team meeting, where I organized our strategy with clear timelines—1 week, 2 weeks, 2 months, and next quarter up in our collaboration room's board. This approach has become a cornerstone of my project management style, keeping our objectives crisp and clear and known. Now, technology has taken the place of the manual process, and I implemented a project management tool, ClickUp within the last two years as Manager.

Ultimately, I believe that everyone is motivated to work effectively and efficiently toward shared goals. The "White Board" concept is just one example of how I strive to enhance our collective success. And when faced with challenges...
